Your Player Agreement, Clearly Explained

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which k666gam Account balances are denominated and all k666gam transactions are conducted.

2.1 Age Requirement

k666gam Casino is exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register a k666gam Account and to use any real-money gaming service on the Platform. By registering, you affirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. k666gam enforces age verification through CNIC documentation review during the identity verification process. 2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered k666gam Account. 2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any detail changes. k666gam reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any account detail at any time.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

k666gam is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, requires submission of a clear photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back). Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds. k666gam aims to complete KYC review within 30–60 minutes of documentation submission during standard business hours.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your k666gam Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 4.1 Deposits

k666gam accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on banking network conditions. k666gam does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively in PKR to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a method approved by k666gam's payments team following identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawal requests submitted via Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically completed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within 24 hours, typically within 4 hours on Pakistan Standard Time business days. k666gam reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or withdrawals that trigger enhanced anti-money-laundering review obligations.

4.3 PKR-Only Platform

All k666gam Account balances, game wagers, bonus amounts, and winnings are denominated exclusively in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage of a k666gam transaction. k666gam does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If a payment provider processes a transaction in a foreign currency before passing it to k666gam, any currency conversion occurs at the provider's rates prior to reaching the k666gam cashier and k666gam bears no responsibility for conversion losses arising from third-party currency handling.

4.4 Transaction Integrity

k666gam maintains a complete and tamper-evident record of all financial transactions associated with each Account. In the event of a disputed transaction, this record constitutes the authoritative log of activity. Players may request a transaction history for their Account at any time by contacting k666gam support.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

k666gam offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback rewards. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Pakistani-resident Players with a Verified Account who have made at least one qualifying real-money PKR deposit. Only one active bonus may be held on an Account at any given time unless k666gam expressly permits otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a k666gam Account are subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Wagering requirements represent the total amount of real-money bets (not wins) that must be completed using the Bonus Funds — or as specified in the promotion terms — before the remaining Bonus Balance may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. Failure to complete wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date results in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from those Bonus Funds.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by k666gam carry an expiry date from the time of crediting. The standard expiry period is 7 calendar days unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirement progress are automatically cancelled at expiry. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.4 k666gam's Right to Decline or Void Bonuses

k666gam reserves the right to decline a bonus claim, void a bonus, or withhold winnings generated from a bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has (a) provided false information during registration; (b) operated more than one Account; (c) engaged in bonus abuse, including structured deposits designed to exploit wagering contribution rates; (d) colluded with other Players; or (e) otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation in the promotion. k666gam will notify the affected Player of any such decision and will provide an opportunity to respond before any final action is taken.

6.1 Certified RNG and RTP

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communication error that interrupts gameplay — including disconnection from a live dealer table, interruption of a Cockfighting stream, or an incomplete slot spin — k666gam will use the game server's recorded state at the time of interruption to determine the fair resolution. If the game server did not complete the round, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance. 6.3 Bet Void Conditions

k666gam reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed (a) due to a software error or obvious pricing mistake; (b) after the event, game round, or match to which it relates had already concluded; (c) in circumstances where the Player had prior knowledge of the outcome through fraud or corruption; or (d) as a result of collusion or manipulation. Voided bets will result in the return of the staked amount to the Player's Account Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k666gam Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one k666gam Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to access the Platform, play games, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Casino Game, particularly in live dealer games.

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code or software of the k666gam Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k666gam's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of PKR deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k666gam shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the k666gam Platform, regardless of whether k666gam has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.1 Force Majeure

k666gam shall not be in breach of this Agreement and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond k666gam's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network infrastructure failures, cyber-attacks, or other force majeure events. k666gam will use reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as practicable following any such event.

12.1 Amendments

k666gam reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the k666gam Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or regulatory obligation. Your continued use of the k666gam Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your k666gam Account at any time by contacting k666gam support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline. Any active Bonus Funds at the time of closure are forfeited. Real-money Balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

12.3 Account Termination by k666gam

k666gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where k666gam has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where termination is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In cases of termination due to breach, k666gam may withhold balances pending investigation and may forfeit Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings.

13.1 Informal Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and k666gam relating to your Account, any game outcome, a transaction, or any other matter governed by this Agreement, you must first contact k666gam customer support at [email protected] and provide a clear written description of the dispute, the relevant Account details, and the resolution you seek. k666gam will investigate and provide a formal written response within 10 business days. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without further escalation.

13.2 Formal Escalation

If the informal resolution process does not produce an outcome acceptable to you, you may escalate the matter to k666gam's Compliance and Disputes team by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] marked for the attention of the Compliance team. k666gam will provide a final written determination within 20 business days of receiving a complete formal complaint.

13.3 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which k666gam is registered and licensed to operate. By using k666gam, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the informal and formal dispute processes set out above.
